WASHINGTON, DC - (June 22, 2009) – Actor James Purefoy star of NBC's The Philanthropist, and co-chair of NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios Ben Silverman will be in Washington, DC for the show's premiere on Wednesday evening, June 24.

The premiere and reception are co-hosted by The Creative Coalition and Bing.

The Philanthropist chronicles the heroic adventures of a billionaire turned vigilante philanthropist.
